Full Lamaze Childbirth Class (In-home or Virtual)

 

• This is considered a full Lamaze Childbirth course. A 2-3 (2hr) per session course that provides you and a support person with essential information as you prepare for your unique birth.

• In addition to the following topics, your instructor introduces relaxation techniques and offer feedback as you practice during class.

  • Pregnancy

  • Labor and birth

  • The early postpartum period

  • Medication and anesthesia

  • The basics of Cesarean birth

  • Breastfeeding

  • Doula consultation and birth plan overview.

• 2-3 class sessions, 2 hours each

• **Session may be modified to fit clients schedule**
